Vehicle compatibility checklist

- Make and model: Include the full make, model, and body style, such as coupe or sedan, or cab and bed configuration.
- Trim: Check the exact trim. Trims may differ in body components, mounting points, or clearance.
- Engine: Confirm engine size and configuration, and provide the engine code if you know it. Different engines may use different exhaust layouts or clearances.
- Wheelbase: Confirm wheelbase, especially for trucks, vans, and other vehicles offered in multiple lengths.
- Factory package options: Note relevant options such as tow, sport, or off-road packages, factory suspension, or other equipment that could affect brackets, mounts, hitch setup, or clearance.
- Modifications: List aftermarket lifts or lowering kits, suspension changes, exhaust work, bumpers, hitch changes, and other modifications. They may affect compatibility even when a product listing matches the vehicle’s standard configuration.
